Terms & Conditions

Last Updated: June 17, 2026. Please review the operational conditions, booking policies, and clinical agreements governing your care at Enspire Sports Physiotherapy.

01 Agreement to Terms

By scheduling an appointment, attending a session, or browsing the digital platforms of Enspire Sports Physiotherapy, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please contact our administrative desk prior to booking or refrain from utilizing our physical or digital services.

02 Clinical Services & Consent

All physical therapy, chiropractic adjustments, massage treatments, and rehabilitation exercises are performed by licensed healthcare practitioners in compliance with provincial regulatory standards in Alberta.

  • Informed Consent: Prior to treatment, your clinician will explain the assessment findings, proposed plan, expected outcomes, and potential risks. You retain the right to decline or modify any technique.
  • Patient Disclosure: You agree to provide accurate, complete health information, including pre-existing conditions, past surgeries, and medications.
  • Outcome Expectations: While therapy aims to optimize pain relief and mobility, specific recovery results cannot be universally guaranteed.

03 Cancellation & No-Show Policy

We reserve dedicated 1-on-1 time exclusively for each patient. Timely notice allows us to offer available appointment slots to other patients in acute pain.

  • 24-Hour Notice: You must reschedule or cancel your appointment at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled session.
  • Late Cancellation / Missed Appointments: Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice, or missed appointments, are subject to standard clinic fee policies.
  • Emergency Exceptions: Fees may be waived at clinical discretion for documented sudden emergencies or illness.

04 Fees & Financial Policies

Patients are financially responsible for all treatments rendered. While we provide direct billing to extended health insurers as a complimentary convenience, insurance coverage remains the patient's responsibility.

  • Payment Terms: Co-payments, deductibles, or full session fees (if direct billing is unavailable) are due upon completion of each session.
  • Insurance Rejections: In the event that an insurance carrier denies a claim or rejects direct billing, you remain responsible for the outstanding balance.
  • Accepted Payment Methods: We accept debit cards, major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard), and e-transfers.

06 Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Alberta, Canada.

Any legal disputes or actions arising from your interaction with the clinic or digital platforms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the provincial courts located in Calgary, Alberta.
